We went with the offer we received from another dealership and they beat the price and have us more for our trade. The salesman was very knowledgeable and have us no pressure to buy.

They made what others said impossible, possible

The sales and finance team were very knowledgeable and informative They helped us understand what was going on every step of the way to putting me I’n the vehicle I wanted. Not like other dealers that will steer you tobqhat they want to sell you

Great overall experience

Andrew and Rebecca in the service dept are awesome. Rebecca said appt would take 2 hours. We live 20+miles from LHM VW so having the shuttle drop us at the mall to Christmas shop was fantastic. Andrew kept me informed of the progress and offered other recommended services via txt. Once work was finished the shuttle returned for us. We picked up freshly serviced, washed and vacuumed VW. Thank you.

Check engine light

My check engine came on and my car was struggling to run, I called the dealership and they took the car in immediately. They got me to work and had my car fixed the next day. They were quick efficient and friendly. Andrew takes great care of me anytime I come in. Excellent customer service.

Service Review

Took 2014 VW Passat in for recall appt on airbag. Booked appt on LHM website and got dayand time that was best for me. I was checked in immediately upon arrival by Travis and then whisked off to the Mall by friendly Felix in the courtesy shuttle. LHM called me 90 min later that the car was ready. Felix picked me up 5 min later and returned to the service center. My car was repaired, washed, and ready to go upon my arrival. Excellent experience!

Best Service Ever

I bought my new 2017 Golf at Larry Miller dealership after shopping at 5 other dealers that day. The experience was by far much better. The salesman was much more helpful, helping me to make a great deal. Every time I have taken my car in for servicing all the staff has been great. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering purchasing or leasing a car.

Great job with repair to my car

Went in for an oil change. They noticed a leak. Had me come back within a week and had it fixed. And I got a loaner. Great job!!
