Oil change

The maintenance folks did a great job with service. They found that my mini van needed a new transmission and made the accommodations for repair.

Awesome!

Always kind and courteous. Knowledgeable in all aspects. Clean and inviting facility. I needed a ride back home and pick up return-driver Bill was very kind and got me home in timely manner.

New Car

We bought a new Tiguan here. It was a great experience. Ken and Joe are the best! LHM sold the car because of these 2 individuals. Customer service at it's best!!

rip off!

So I came in with a overheating radiator and I jus needed to hoses and it was not covered through my total care package, u guys wanted to charge me 400 dollars jus for two hose. So I went to O'Riley and bought them and coolant for less then 80 bucks!!!! Talk about rip off u guys are xxxxing rip off! I will never buy another car from u guys!!!! And I will tell everyone I no not to go here! Now Andrew from service is very awesome! I would give him a five 🌟!!!!!

My car was checked inside and out!

I went in for an oil change the other day. It was my first oil change in my 2017 Jetta. I'm leasing it and this is my first service for the car too. It was a great experience! They were very friendly and thorough. I appreciated that they checked everything in the car even though I just went in for an oil change.

Service

Came into my scheduled appointment time when I arrived the appointment was not in the system but Tim was still able to get me in oil change. It was only an hour as opposed to an hour and a half which was really great!
