Absolutely horrible

I bought a used vehicle that had a service issue needed within the sales contract. Since I live far the dealership completely forgot about my service issue and finally after about a month and a half after buying the vehicle they had me take it to a sister dealership. The sister dealership had absolutely no idea how to service the issue and they actually had my after market alarm uninstalled for no reason whatsoever. Also they didn't get my vehicle running and repaired for exactly one month! One month without a vehicle. And mind you, my vehicle was running just fine when I took it to the sister dealership. Throughout all this there was no communication from the GM of the dealership I'm writing this review about. Zero! I asked every single day for over a month and never did to get to speak with the GM. All I got we're lies and ignorance from both this dealership and the sister dealership. I would like to say that Jeremy and Tim were the only good employees who actually helped me. Still, to this day, I don't have my after market alarm reinstalled due to price, even though it was the sister dealership who uninstalled it and gave me lies about the reasons behind it. This was the worst service I have ever had buying a vehicle, and I've purchased many.

vehicle purchase & maintenance

I purchased my vehicle earlier this year & my purchase included 3 oil change services. this was my first service since purchase & I was in & out of there quicker than the estimated time! very friendly staff!

Friendly service

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were fast and efficient. It’s hard to review the quality of the work as the car is only a year old. I took it to the dealer as the car is still under warranty, so not sure if it would have been more cost effective elsewhere.

Great dealer experience

Tim in finance worked his butt off to get us the best deal possible. We really feel like all the folks at Larry Miller VW truly want to help get people into the right car for the best price. We will definitely come back for our next car.

Great people, great customer service and great experience

Made great work with a very tough and challenging situation getting me into a nice and dependable automobile.. showed outstanding patience and superior professionalism.. Sal and Mo definitely went up to and beyond expectations!

60k mi service

No-hassle, straightforward service with helpful answers to my questions about recalls, outside air ventilation, and performance thus far of the VW diesel fixes. I advise phoning to arrange shuttle pick-up to get car after completion of maintenance.

Great service!

I do not have a VW dealership where I live, but I travel to cities that do frequently so I went ahead and purchased a VW Touareg. The first time I walked into Larry Miller's VW service dept with questions, I was not we'll received. Not friendly, felt like I was a nuisance. Didn't think I'd be back. So glad I did because this time Shawn (my "advisor") was behind the desk and HE was amazing. I was only going to try and schedule an appt for the next time I was in Tucson. I had tried to schedule something online but was unsuccessful. He took me right in and had my car serviced and handled everything very graciously and professionally. I used the shuttle service and Felix the driver was also very friendly. Overall a great experience.

Not just for VW

I recommend getting the oil change package. It's worth it knowing your vehicle will be taken care of and checked 3 times a year by people who know what they're doing. Plus it includes a car wash each time!
