Needed a new car, they worked with me and got done quickly

Incredibly helpful, bent over backwards, very courteous . They drove me to the bank, and when the bank said come back tomorrow, LHM let me bring the car home, with the promise of returning the day after to wrap up the finances. Very convenient.

Went in to see the new gti ask if came in 2 door guy said no ask if it came in Manuel didn't know went to ask the manager came back said it has to be order then he ask it I was ready to order one I said no was gonna ask something about the golf all he did was turn around and walk away,his loss and his company took my 08 rabbit to chapman vw got gti and keep my rabbit...

AZTundra

One Tundra available on site, other was in Colorado, difficult to buy site unseen. Otherwise facility and people are very helpful.

Great Service, Awesome Staff

They took great care of us. Listened to our needs and gave us more than we expected. Finance staff was outstanding. Recommend buying here. I will go back next time I need a new car.

Total false deal with customer service/finance/sales

My husband and I went to see Abid at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen in Tucson Arizona ..he tried getting us into a 2016 Elantra..we signed paperwork for monthly payment of $389...once we gave all our information and paid for the auto insurance, we were brought other paperwork stating $498 a month payment , that is a big difference ..i will never go back to this car place/lot and will let the social media know how we as consumers are still being ripp-off in this community by people like this .And for me to trust these people , I was very wrong .I guess my business matters at Jim Click now .

They are just cheater

I live in Utah and found a just listed pre-owned car at Larry H Miller Volkswagen Tuscon. I called and Abid answered the phone. I gave him my credit card number to pay deposit. He said he will talk with manager. I never received the call back. A few hours later I called to confirm. He said there are three people interested in the car. If I really want it, I need to come there the next day. I told him I already pay the deposit. He said it is first come, first serve. After arguing for a while, I agree to flight there the next day morning. I asked him to confirm with manager to hold the car. He went back with confirmation. I booked the ticket with $400 one way flight. He asked me to forward the confirmation letter from Delta. I did and called again to double confirm. He said someone will pick me up at the airport next day. Next morning, I went to the airport. Flight is 9:45am. I received his call from Abid at 9:20 and told me someone just walked in and got the car. He asked me to cancel the ticket. He told me he will talk with manager for this situation. I never received the call. I called him. He never answered the phone. I called store manager, manager just hanged up the phone. I pay over $400 for the ticket and take one day off and never get nothing! This is the worst situation I have ever meet. They are CHEATER!!

Spectacular, abrupt, and thorough customer service!

Gary was so helpful and attentive to the used car I was looking at, he not only had the one ready when I got to the dealership but also had a few others picked out he figured I would like. His knowledge on the cars and process of purchasing a car was very organized and thorough. I would buy another car in the future from him and this dealership again!

They did a good job, orders the parts and fixed everything on time. A little pricey, but these fixes are warranteed across the country.

Love these guys!

I love Larry H Miller Volkswagen! I may not have purchased my car here, but it's the only place I'll take it for service. They're fast, friendly and do a good job. I haven't had an experience where the recommended anything unnecessary and I always feel they appreciate my business.

2017 Jetta

My car buying experience at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Tucson was excellent. Ryce did a fabulous job selling me my first brand new car and was very pleasant to talk to. Everyone from the General Manager to the Finance Manager, including my sales person, made sure to give me the best deal in town. I am very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
