oil change
I had been meaning to arrange an appointment about 3 days before the date that best worked for me, but I kept on getting distracted and never did. Finally, my preferred day for the service arrived and I just drove in and asked if they might be able to fit me in. They checked if any cars were in the oil bay...answer no... and I was able to get in and out in less that about an hour and a half. Perfect.

:Felling oif coming home :after being away:
Andrew Asmaan greeted m e as usual on my arrival giving me the feeling that he was there only for me. Car maintenance visits are normally stressful and traumatic; not at Larry H miller Volkswagon! Andrew took charge; explained everything to me and gave m e timely updates. Never any surprises.. I waited very comfortably in an extremely customer friendly waiting area. All staff with whom I had contact were very friendly and hospitable. I felt at home and always have when bringing my cars to be serviced. Larry H. Miller Volkswagen is a wonderful dealership. My husband and I leased a 2016 Tiguan from Gary Goodin; I purchased a 2014 Jetta from him 2 years ago. New Car Experience
I was very hesitant about trading in my vehicle because of my credit history current and past. I was able to purchase a brand new 2017 Jetta today and it was such a great experience. Gary Goodin was my salesman and he was so incredibly nice and definitely an asset to the car sales world. He was knowledgeable and true to his word. Also a huge shout out to Bob Percy for going over and beyond in finding me a finance company to buy out my trade and qualify me for a new loan. Last but not least to The birthday boy Ken for making me feel like it's ok to smile and be happy, which I haven't been in quite a while. Now if your asking yourself wow this woman sounds like she's known these people forever not the case at all, just met them today but that's how comfortable they make you feel at their dealership. I most definitely would recommend Larry H Miller Volkswagen to anyone looking for a car!!!
