A+ Friendly, Knowledgeable, Accommodating and Awesome

Have had to get a lot of little things done for my Bug in the last few months, and LHM VW never disappoints. Fantastic service. Very convenient shuttle service. Staff is friendly, helpful, personable.

I have been totally satisfied with all aspects of the customer service. Most of all I want to commend Cody Martin at the Bakersfield office. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He called me at home to ensure that I arrived safely. And a few days later called me at home to see that my car was still working fine. This demonstrated a true concern and I would suggest a raise for him. He is a totally awesome employee.

Getting Both the Sale and the Service Right

Last year my wife and I purchased a new 2014 Volkswagon Passat TDI from Larry H Miller Volkswagon. Our salesman was a gracious gentleman who really exemplifies the best in the term "car salesman". Unfortunately for the LHM dealership, I understand that he has left LHM VW for another dealership in town. He really is a buyers advocate. My wife and I both felt he was working to achieve our complete satisfaction. In fact when we had searched the entire new car lot and found nothing that met our requirements I commented to our salesman that I had seen exactly what we were looking for on the LHM website. However, the car was located at their dealer in Phoenix. The salesman immediately went to work and got management permission to have a Phoenix employee drive the specific car down to Tucson from the Phoenix dealer. Talk about going the extra mile, how about 100 miles. The car arrived at the Tucson dealership in the late afternoon. Our salesman asked if he could keep it overnight and have it washed and detailed that evening. He said it would be ready for us to pick up the next morning. Since I had already signed over my trade-in to them the salesman provided my wife and I with a new VW Beetle to take home for the night. The next morning we arrived back at the dealer to find the Passat sitting in the shade port clean and ready for my inspection and acceptance. My wife and I both felt the sale went flawlessly and are very happy with the Passat TDI. This week I took the Passat in to the same dealership for it's first service check. As soon as I pulled into the shade port I was met with clipboard in hand by the service writer. He acknowledged my appointment and we went over the details of the work to be done. He gave me an approximate completion time which they ended up beating by about 45 minutes. After the work the service writer came out to the lobby and went over the details and then answered a few questions from me without any hesitation. They even washed and spot free dried my car before handing it back to me, again, under the shade port. Hey, it was 100+ degrees outside so those little things matter to me. Anyway, as car dealerships go, this was a very positive experience. With their good management and sharp employees I'll be expecting the same quality treatment on my next visit.
