Buyer beware.

Test drove a used 2012 Golf TDI that they said had a tech package. They tried to tell me how great of a deal this car was. They would not come down on the price at all. They actually did me a favor as I walked away. The car said on their website that it had navigation, sun roof/moonroof, it did not. I believe that with tech package it has push start, this car used a key. They tried to tell me that the car was worth 23k + and was on Internet blowout. Well blowing was right. I looked at KBB. The fair purchase price is 19500. They have it listed as 19999. I test drove a new 2015 on a different lot and the used one seemed like there was something wrong with the brakes. The manager was a little defensive, but the sales guy was great... Mario. He tried to help, but the manager would not budge even after Mario pointed out the errors of the listing. I checked the dealer website today and the car is still listed with features it does not have. Guess they are trying to get you to come in.

Service Checkup Prior to Road Trip

The technician who worked on my vehicle did an excellent job. I believe his name was Terry and he came out to explain to the Service Advisor Ivan everything that needed to be accomplished. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism. I feel very comfortable that my car is in perfect condition for my upcoming road trip with my 5 kids to Colorado Springs.

Great Service on Short Notice

I travel quite a bit and never know for sure when I will be in Tucson for service appointments. I rolled into Tucson last Friday afternoon, just as my Service Now alert came on. Andrew fit me in for my 20k service and the Auto Butler treatment with a Saturday afternoon appointment at the last minute. The service was excellent and my 2013 TDI Beetle looks brand new with the AutoButler treatment. I am heading back out on the road today for another three-week trip and really appreciate Andrew's can-do attitude and that of the service technicians. I have never had a bad experience at the Larry Miller VW Service Department. The service writers' and technicians' willingness to fit me into their workload with little or no advance notice is very valuable to a Road Warrior like me.

What can a say? I've been using Larry H Miller since I bought my 2012 Passat. I love the care and dealing with the people there so much that last year I bought a 2013 Jetta for my wife. Andrew has been my service agent for two years and he ALWAYS does a great job. Like I said a TEN

I have been a regular since you opened in Tucson, for service on my 2009 Rabbit and now as a new 2015 Golf owner. Aside from the comfortable waiting area, free Wi-Fi, coffee and popcorn, and the sheer convenience of your location, Andrew in service has been an excellent LHM representative - professional, knowledgeable and trust worthy. Sal in sales also took great care of me. He made sure I got the car I wanted and surprised me with an earlier-than-expected delivery. Overall, I have been completely satisfied and will gladly recommend anyone shopping for a new car stop by and check you out.
