Steve Norris was a great sales rep- internet sale and handled all my needs online prior to visiting the dealership. The sales and finance staff were courteous- complete- not pressuring- and delivered a quality experience- we will return.

They were a very professional and helpful dealership with great prices and great staff. The signing and getting the car prepped was fantastic and the car looked very good when I took it home.

My husband called prior to arriving at the dealership and spoke with Eric Gulbrandsen who stated that he would take the vehicle out for us and have it ready for a test drive. I've been looking for a car for the last 6 months and made several trips to Volkswagon of Tucson while trying to make my decision. Every time I was there I left feeling good about the dealership. Recently I purchased a Volkswagon Jetta from this dealership and I was very happy with the entire transaction. JB Yewell was helpful, straightforward and never pressured me. When I later returned to inquire on missing floormats Josh made sure to take care of me. I would highly recommend this dealership - it's outside the city limits so it has no sales tax AND it looks like the Apple Store.

When I arrived to this dealership I didn't exactly know what I was looking for. I was immediately helped by Eric. He showed me every car I was interested in. Overall the staff was very helpful, patient, and understanding. I spent more than five hours at the dealership, because I am a picky buyer when it comes to cars, but at the end of the day I left with a 2007 Mazda 3 Speed with great joy and a huge smile. No hassle, no pressure, and to the point. Couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. If you are thinking about paying them a visit I strongly recommend you ask for Eric Gulbrandsen, for he is the man who made the magic happen. Tucson Volkswagen is with no doubt a 10/10!

Not at all what I was expecting from a dealership experience. Totally blown away. Friendly staff, easy-to-work-with sales and finance department. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and anyone I know who is looking at Volkswagens will certainly get my glowing recommendation to give these guys a shot. Bought a 2012 GTI from them, and the car, coupled with the buying experience, really solidified me as a VERY happy customer!

JB was a great sales rep for us. Low key, steady, no pressure, and very helpful. Very "down to earth". I liked the lack of hype or month end pressure. I'd buy from him again for sure.
