After a horrible experience witha Ford Fiesta, I decided that despite losing money I wanted a safe car that I woud not be afraid would die on me. I loved my beetle and decided to go back to a Beetle. As I do not like the new look (2012 and younger) I was looking for a pre 2012 model. Being at the auto mall I saw this new dealership I knew nothing about. Just opened recently. I decided to try it out! Best decision! The first thing my young sales man told me was" we are a no haggle dealership and I am not working on commission!" WOW! I liked that right away. THey had only one car that fit my needs: Automatic, pre 2012, not a lot of miles on it. The car was black na din AZ is not exactly what I would have picked! However I loved driving it. So I bought it. Immediately and without asking the carfax was there, and every little thing that the car had done to it- listed. As well it listed it needed a second key. To make a long story short, I have never enjoyed purchasing a car more. After the sale I got my second key, they repainted some scratches I saw after I bought the car, they did not have to, but they did. This dealership is a class act. I hope they strive and prosper and stay around for a long time, and that they never change the way they do business. Thank you! PS I love my car. PSS I love cargurus. The new VW dealership in Tucson is working hard to get started in record time. Lots of young personnel engaged in hyperdrive to get things going. Some good offers available to help the start. Of course all employees were nice and nice sells better than grumpy. We bought a Tiguan; just the right amount of room and zip for our present purpose.
