I have used LHM VW for the service on several of my VW’s...

I have used LHM VW for the service on several of my VW’s and wouldn’t go anywhere else. They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and HONEST! Which is (in my opinion) hard to find these days.

Very thorough and easy to work with! Have always been pleased with service dept. with the Coronavirus in place there was an obvious push for clean and sanitary conditions that everyone was doing

Horrible dealer

The dealer and I had a set price and contract written. We had a set appointment - that included 4 different confirmatory emails from the sales manager. When I arrived, he was not there. The other contact for me was also not present. The salesman tried to play games by standing around in the sales manager’s office (before I even test drove) and not talking or interacting. I left that dealership, drove to Chapman VW, and bought the same car. Do NOT recommend at all

They were very professional and took social distancing...

They were very professional and took social distancing seriously. When I booked my appointment they expected it to take 3 hours but when I arrived because no one else was there it only took an hour.

Amazingly comfortable experience.

I am 53 and this is my first VW. I am so happy I chose this dealership. From the first visit to look at the cars, without pressure, the negotiating and paperwork and also my experience with the service department has all been wonderful. Highly recommend.

I purchased a used truck from them and after driving it...

I purchased a used truck from them and after driving it the first time I had a few problems with it, i took it back and they went through it and said everything should be perfect, the next time I drove it, i had the same problem. I brought the truck back in and they told me it needed to be looked at, at another dealership. He said he would have to speak with sales to get approval, after not hearing anything back for a couple days, I call them and he tells me that sales isnt going to pay to send it to another dealer to fix the problem. I feel since it happened immediately after purchase they should take care of it.
