Great customer service
Shawn in Tucson went way out of his way to help me get service through the dealership’s warranty contract I purchased when I bought my used car from the dealer. Super impressive. He made sure he updated me as we explored options and answered my calls personally every time I called - no voicemails!

Service dept
First they called to make an appointment. Then they were quick to complete the oil change. And offered a shuttle to/from the nearby mall, it was great!

Very nice
Everyone was polite and attentive. We did habe to.wait a while for final paperwork, but that was computer issues. Other wise, it was good.

Good service
I was greeted as soon as I arrived and shown to the waiting area. I received a text from my service adviser telling me if I had any needs while there to text him at that number. Someone be offered me coffee, water or a soda. I was kept informed about what they were doing.
