Great

Overall the salesman was great and very knowledgeable about the vehicle! Everyone there had a great sense of humor and willingness to laugh ! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for anew or used vehicle

Best car buying experience ever!

This was by far the best car buying experience ever! Manny Valencia was our sales consultant. He was friendly, personable, and not in the least bit pushy. Tim “Mac” McElvaine was our finance manager, and he too was friendly and personable. Overall, it felt so seemless and the right fit with both the truck we bought and the entire experience.

Suggestion

Being a repeat customer it was time for my TDI synthetic log 2-$110 coupon shows up I get there at opening and they say TDI synthetic is $ 30.00 more Should have been an asterisk in the ad

Buying ok - warranty poor

They could not fix our problem. So far our buying experience was ok - but I'm questioning their extended warranty as it hasn't covered much.

Excellent customer service

The process from driving the car to actually purchasing was seamless. The financing of the car was very quick and professional. Would highly recommend this dealership to other people.

First time buyer last time to buy there

I bought a Beetle love the car but 2 weeks after I bought it things started going wrong with the car, I was supposed to have a warranty but the finance guy quit before he got it to me. They sold me an warranty I paid the initial installment then someone didn't to his job and I was not billed for the warranty. I received a call to go to the dealer to fix that issue, I called the manager he brushed me off never called me back at all. Same thing promises that they would fix my car had to take it back the same day it was supposed to have been fixed I had to take the car back. All of these issues and the managers play dumb and tell you things you want to hear that they will investigate and get back and they never do. Now I have no warranty a car that has issues left and right and not one manager there holds these lying people accountable they are just out to screw the customer it seems. I have heard of people being treated bad by dealers and lying so I have tried to stay away from little dealers and I was surprised that Volkswagen has people that work for them that lie and cheat their customers like they do I have never had an experience like this one but the 4 to 5 times I have been there it is one lie after another from multiple people.

Helpful and quick!

Overall a great experience. Always helpful, keep you informed and done in a timely manner. They also let me know about what might be a cost associated to my next visit that will be out of my warranty agreement.

Cold and not so friendly.

I walked in and there was no smile or hello. I waited for a bit and finally one of them seemed forced to help me. Maybe all 3 gentlemen were too busy or didn't have their cup of coffee. I did respect the fact that Travis was honest and professional. I put down that I would recommend a friend to this business only because my car runs beautiful after each visit.

Kind and speedy service

Stopped in for standard oil change and maintenance tonthe vehicle. Great seevice and kept me updated on issues with the vehicle. Great staff and nice area to wait

Not too pushy

I had a pretty relaxed experience. Gary wasn't so pushy that I felt turned off, which was nice. He provided great amounts of info about the car and what I'd be purchasing. Very patient with my decision, and the paperwork went quickly.
