Great service

Greg Welch helped me with my car purchase. I was a little nervous because I was doing this with out the "help of a man" there is a big preconceived notion that car dealers will take advantage of a woman's vulnerability. Greg put me at ease from the very start. I didn't feel like I was getting the wool pulled over my eyes and we worked out a great deal on a car that I can't wait to pull out of the lot! Everyone here was friendly and accommodating. Nice job.

Very impressed

Christian and Ken are amazing! Very impressed with their customer service. Ken gave me an overview with the credit report and really took the time to go over everything. Christian is a stress free non threatening car dealer. Glad we made our purchase with him today.

Great experience

Traditional salesman techniques

It's the traditional sales techniques here. Pushy salesmen with limited knowledge of the vehicles they are selling. Why do dealers still work like this? It doesn't need to be this way! If they have a decent product and have it priced competitively, the cars will sell without manipulative babble. Trade-in price offered was $1k below others, the sticker price of the car I was interested in was above KBB. I see now the price has been dropped by $2k in a week.

CAR REPAIR ON AC

Andrew was great answered my questions was helpful and let me use the 100 off my service purchase since it was expensive my car is fixed yay. I will come back.

First-Class Service Department

My new 2016 GTi was delivered with a problem in the automatic clutch system that caused the car to sort of stumble at low rpm, but not all the time. The service tech drove the car until the symptoms reoccurred and knew what to do to fix it. A new part had to come from Germany, but Andrew (service manager) was able to expedite the part through customs and get it installed and tested--total time from diagnosis to completion in under a week. And he was able to fix that mystery rattle in the dash while the car was in the shop. Thank you!

Very competent and personal employees.

The employees were straightforward and explained everything clearly. They were all very polite and personable. The repairs were done well, and they alerted me to a nail in the tire and gave advice on how to handle the situation safely.

Great service dept

I've primarily dealt with Andrew since my Jetta and I moved from California a year ago. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and has fast responses to my requests. I recently was served my Becca and she was equally fantastic.
