Don't buy here!

Don't buy here! I beg you to save your money. I purchased a Ford Edge from them about 10 months ago. After driving it for a short while I notice that the horn does not work. Should have been a red flag. Figure they had to check that to pass a Missouri auto inspection but when the company doing the inspection is the dealership who has to pay for the work I guess not. A few weeks later I am going on a short road trip. Loading up for my trip my rear liftgate will not open. I look to google for solutions and have no luck. Several months later I go get my battery checked. I am told the battery is partially dead and the battery wont last much longer. The battery that Universal said they replaced before I bought the car along with a lot of other work I no longer think they actually did. I called them and told them I don't think they replaced the battery as they claimed and if they did then it probably has a warrantee of more than 2 months. After a non productive back and forth they finally said they will call me back since they probably have some info on the battery. They never call back. So I don't want to drive 40 plus minutes to get the run around I go get my oil changed and a new battery at a local shop and hope that would be the end of my battery and liftgate issues. No luck, my tailgate still won't open and I have a battery that cost me over $300. Now I take my car to the shop and have them see what's wrong with my liftgate. They tell me they latch is not working properly and that it will cost over $500 to replace. Also my horn that NEVER worked was dead and will cost over $300 to replace. The quote was total was over $1000 for those two things. So I'm up to $1300+ work that needs to be done. All of these issues were issues before I bought the car. This dealer is just trying to flip turds for an easy profit and then hope nothing happens for three months. They couldn't even offer to replace the "new" battery that they say they installed. Save your money. Go to a real car dealership. This place is a joke.

I would use caution with this dealer.

I would use caution with this dealer. I had a great experience working with Marissa, a sales associate. However, the truck I test drove had a 3 page list of mechanical history and it wasn't even all inclusive of the time it had sat on their lot. Marissa would have worked with me to get me a good vehicle, but manager, Randy, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He took 15+ minutes to provide a service history and would not provide a printed Car Fax report. He made zero effort to work with me on purchasing a vehicle. Perhaps he didn't think I was a serious buyer, seeing as I'm a young woman. Unfortunately for him, I bought a 2020 f250 the very next day from A & S Auto in Platte City. I'm very glad I went to a different dealer, where I had a much more positive experience. I wish Marissa the best of luck. Manager Randy could benefit from a hefty dose of humility, compassion, and customer service.

We called to check on the availability of the vehicle we

We called to check on the availability of the vehicle we were interested in and we were told it was available for purchase. We drove 3 hours to look at it. When we arrived the sales agent told us “Another buyer put a deposit on the car 3 days ago. Sorry.” Horrible experience!!

These guys are awesome, I worked with Brad and he never

These guys are awesome, I worked with Brad and he never made me feel pressured and I felt like he was genuine with everything he showed me. He just started there but I can tell he is going to do great. I will never buy another car elsewhere.

Horrible management.

Horrible management. I've bought 3 vehicles from them and I decided to return for a 4th. Instead of working with me on my trade in price, they low-balled me completely. Way below kbb or jd power. I will take my business elsewhere. Don't shop here. They will B.S. you with crappy numbers. Would not recommend.
