We had an outstanding experience. Alex is awesome. One of the best we have dealt with. He was extremely helpful, patient, showing us the functions. He made the experience so smooth. Financing also went very smooth and Jaafar made it so easy and quick. This was a first time buy for us. Fantastic indeed!

Sorabh has been awesome from the first moment I reached

Sorabh has been awesome from the first moment I reached out to the dealership. I was looking for an M4 or an M8, and he was incredibly helpful answering all my questions. Even when I changed my mind he handled everything easily and got me exactly what I wanted. Pick up day was easy and I was driving off in my M8 after only about an hour of some easy paperwork - he even helped me do the vehicle setup! If you’re in the market for a new BMW in the NOVA/MD/DC area, go to BMW of Fairfax!

This is our 3rd car we've purchased from BMW--Fairfax, specifically for Alex Yakovlev. Alex is a consummate professional and as always made the buying experience easy and seamless. My experiences with BMW of Fairfax have been consistently

My experiences with BMW of Fairfax have been consistently frustrating, and my recent visits were the final straw. After spending almost $3,000 on repairs during my first visit, I was shocked to see the check engine light return within two weeks. The issue was supposedly resolved, yet here I was again—back at the shop for what appeared to be a related emissions problem. To make matters worse, it took me two full days of repeated calls to finally reach a manager—who showed no apology, no ownership, and no concern for the inconvenience or cost. Despite scheduling my second appointment three weeks in advance, the service team mishandled it and created a “new account” for me, leading to confusion and delays. The manager I was supposed to meet wasn’t there, and the backup manager arrived nearly an hour late. While she was friendly and offered to comp the state inspection and emissions test, it did little to restore confidence. The reason I waited so long for this appointment was because I was told a rental vehicle would be available—but when I arrived, I was told there were none. After pushing back, I eventually received one. For the first time in a year, they actually washed and vacuumed my car—an unexpected bright spot in an otherwise aggravating experience. Customer service at the desk is virtually non-existent. Staff barely greet you, and they show little to no effort to make the experience welcoming. Yet somehow, I still received automated emails asking me to leave a five-star review. It’s honestly insulting, given that the service deserves zero stars. This experience has pushed me to the point that I had my vehicle appraised and am now seriously considering selling it. I even told a sales rep that while I may stick with the BMW brand, I will never purchase a car from this dealership. Other than the prepaid oil changes I’m obligated to use, I will not return to BMW of Fairfax for any service, ever again. Between the steep price tag and lack of accountability, this dealership is the definition of poor value. Until there’s a major shift in how they treat customers, I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. Sales reps event tried to sell me the same service I got at the shop a few weeks before.

We should have ensured a manager was available when you arrived, and I agree that this caused unnecessary frustration. To clarify the service side, while the check engine light was triggered both times, the issues were different. Your initial visit called for NVLD replacement, and during the more recent visit, the fuel tank vent valve was diagnosed and replaced, an issue not present at the time of your visit in May. That said, I fully recognize that from your perspective, it felt like unresolved work. I'm glad we were ultimately able to provide you with a loaner and connect you with a manager, though it’s clear that should have happened more promptly. After speaking with the manager involved, she was genuinely surprised to see your 1-star review and manufacturer survey feedback, as she believed the concerns had been addressed thoroughly. She worked to correct the initial communication gap, had the fuel tank valve covered under BMW’s extended warranty, and as a goodwill gesture, we covered both your state inspection and emissions test, resulting in a $0 balance for the visit. Your final interaction with our team was positive, and based on that, we were unaware that the issue still felt unresolved to you. It appears that while we missed the mark at the beginning, our team took the right steps to correct the issue and deliver the level of service you deserve. My Salesman Mr.

My Salesman Mr. Assad Khan and his assistant Sohrab Kumar were the Best in everything. They went out of their to accommodate us.Both Gentleman showed us everything about the car and have even arranged another day next week to go over the gadgets in the new car
