The thing that stood out the most about John Green was...

The thing that stood out the most about John Green was that he was very helpful in answering all my questions and that gave me a peace of mind. I asked a lot of questions there and he maybe didn't know the answer to two questions off the top of his head but went and found the answer right away and he gave me a good explanation or walk through to the answer of my two questions. I would recomend this dealership because of him.

I was greeted at the front door by a friendly salesman, Jon Green. Jon asked pertinent questions to determine exactly what type of vehicle I was looking for. Then he checked the inventory and took me out to view several possible pickups. When I mendtioned that I had seen a specific pickup on Monday afternoon when the dealership was closed, he drove around the lot until that vehicle was located. Jon retrieved the keys, I test drove the vehicle, and we were able to conclude the sale later in the day. Overall a very pleasant vehicle buying experience. The only slightly negative experience was that it took over two hours to complete the make ready process for my new pickup, after completing the financing arrangements. Apparently quite a few vehicles were sold at exactly the same time and possibly some short handeded staff being the day after Christmas.

Michael was very knowledgeable about a lot of the vehicles on the lot. He helped me make an informed decision based on his expertise and knowing what my needs were. At no point did I feel pressured or hurried. Michael was friendly, honest, patient and he listened to what I had to say. In the end, he helped me make the best choice for me and I don't regret it one bit. I love my RAV4!!! I am recommending Michael and Cavender to anyone who'll listen!!!

Spencer Herrera was great to deal with. It was refreshing to be able to look at a car and not be completely bothered and pressured. He was always friendly and there to answer any questions but never pushy. I would come back to purchase another vehicle from Spencer.

Spencer Herrera displayed excellent customer service throughout the entire buying process. He was extremely attentive, honest, and kind. I began the buying process with other dealerships that didn't make the grade. I was relieved at the ease of the process with Cavender Toyota due to the expertise of Spencer Herrera. We will return to purchase another vehicle in due time.

Julio was very friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about your vehicles and was very prompt to my inquiries. I feel that my business was appreciated and that he was concerned that I understood everything that was being explained and that I understood all the features that are in my new Highlander. I didn't feel rushed during the process, but at the same time he didn't drag out the purchasing process. I had not purchased a new vehicle in over 13 years so I had heard that this was a long drawn out process and that it would be very tiresome. I'm happy to say that my purchase as very pleasant.

Purchasing a new vehicle was the least of my favorite...

Purchasing a new vehicle was the least of my favorite things to do, but after waiting 9 years from our last vehicle purchase I can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. Michael was knowledgeable, courteous, made me feel at ease and knew exactly what I was looking for in an SUV. He followed up with my internet request and had the exact vehicle ready for me to test drive when I arrived. There was definitely no pressure and as a first time toyota owner I know I will enjoy my 4Runner for years to come. Kudos to Mike and Cavender Toyota.

i bought a certified toyota used vehicle, a 2008 fj cruiser that was filthy, the engine air cleaner and cabin filter were dirty and not replaced. one tire was not of the same model. but worst of all was the smell in the interior and how dirty the interior was. these problems should not show up on a certified used toyota. only good thing was the experience with salesman julio ortiz

I have purchase two vehicles from Julio Ortiz before. He continues to prove himself a great individual as will as a sales person. He makes me and my family feel like we are important to him and tries to work for the benefit of our family. That's why we continue to go back to Julio.
