Quality, professionalism, honest.
Quality, professionalism, honest. Took Sienna in for 55,000 mile maintenance; John my service advisor met me at the door and walked around my vehicle with me and explained in detail what I needed and why; kept me apprised of progress and when completed walked me back to my vehicle. With not just a sticker on windshield let me know when I should return and up and coming maintenance needs. Made me feel comfortable and not robbed of unnecessary services. Thanks John!

my visit was fast and easy. John answered my call to make an appointment and he was able to squeeze me in their schedule the same day. I was able to do my other household chores while waiting for the car to finish- thanks to the transportation provided. High 5 to John and to the staff who worked on my truck.

Inspection Needed
I went in to get my inspection completed for my vehicle. The only behavior that was a little disappointing was the non existent engagement of customer service from the service advisors. There was only one advisor that greeted everyone and was trying to take care of the customers. Everyone else seemed to be hiding behind the computer or trying to look busy. You?re the customer service business and a simple ?hello?,?we?ll be right with you?. Acknowledge the customer and we as customers appreciate that we were noticed.
