We scheduled an appointment with Andrew Arredondo and he was so helpful from the beginning. He took the time to really explain all the features on the Rav4 we were looking at. Everyone we talked to were so hospitable and knowledgeable. We had an overall excellent experience. Will be returning for all our future car purchases.

Fantastic communication with service representative, Greg, who took each question seriously and patiently answered. He gave me the exact cost of each item ahead of time so I could compare across other shops. He answered follow-up questions to my satisfaction and I ultimately chose to get my service there due to the responsiveness and due to the explanation of what I needed, how I would be charged. The cost was reasonable but when you factor in the service offered, it was an exceptional value. I only wished my hometown dealership had the same level of care about customer satisfaction and transparency.
