Working with Harold Riley was the most pleasant experience I've ever had with a dealership! Given the limited availability of new cars right now, he kept us in the loop and reached out to us the moment a 4Runner was available that met our criteria.

I went to have my brakes checked out because a month

I went to have my brakes checked out because a month prior I had them completely changed out. I noticed my brakes were progressively squeaking. I originally thought it was normal because they were new, but it got worse. I made an appointment went in and the lady that checked me in treated like I was. Asking it up. She took my 4-runner out for a drive and heard the squeaking told oh you just need som “no squeak”. Great right!! Easy right!! Nope! Kept my Trick for the entire day for lube. Finally at 6:30. I called because I needed my car and they close at 8:00. When I called the guy on the line stated my truck had not been put on the lift and they were going to keep it overnight. All this for lube! I told him I need my car. I had appointments the next day. Not to mention no one had the courtesy to call me to inform me I would be without car. I told him what was the use of making an appointment and I would be picking up my car. When I got there I was livid, outrage to say the least. The guy ended up informing me the intake lady forgot to tell him my truck had been ready in the morning. This place is a joke!! The worst part is my brakes still squeak even worse than they did before. I use to use them for all my need since my vehicle is a Toyota and thought they would know what they are doing. Stay far away from this dealer. Service was not just very poor but sub-par!!! I bought a 2021 Tundra from Bob McGill in Houston. The best service I have ever received. AutoNation in Corpus Christi sucks!!!!

The advisor Mr.

The advisor Mr. Alaniz stated the service would take roughly one hour and he was right. He also was courteous and explained that we had three more free maintenance visits. The waiting area was clean, spacious, and bright.
