Mike Perez was not only excellent in helping me find the perfect vehicle for me but also in patience while setting my vehicle up once purchased and teaching me how all the features work.

Their customer service was EXCELLENT, and was NOT pushy . They worked with me to make sure I got a vehicle in Excellent condition in my price range. I would recommend them to ANYONE!! It's hard to find a dealership that has salesman that work for the customer like Toyota does.

My sales guy Pauly and the sales manager Albert went out of their way to make sure my car buying experience was a smooth and easy one. Their knowledge of vehicles, options and approach to the buying process was outstanding and they exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend the both for your car buying needs.

Made appointment online, arrived and warmly greeted. Given an accurate timeframe for service and all completed exceptionally.

I had an appointment at 2 pm for just an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes before 2 and was met by what I later found out was just a greeter. Thought I was waiting for the technician. Then she told me I had to go inside. I then had to wait behind someone that drove up behind me. When I finally got waited on by a technician, I was told it would be about a two hour wait. When I originally called to make the appointment I was told then I could just bring it in but it would be about a two hour wait. So what was the purpose for making an appointment if walk-ins don't have to wait until an appointment is taken care of first? Also there was only on technician and a technician in training available. Was disappointed in the whole process. You are lucky I even gave you a 3 rating!

Receptionist Sylvia always greats me with a Smile. Justin, Lupe and Hugo are always available and ready to help with any questions or issues. Proud to say this is MY TOYOTA Autonation!

Actual price was cheaper than quoted which was great! But they didn't call when finished, I had to call. Should note that service advisor was in training so understandable.

I got there before my appointment and they worked me in and I got out fast!
