9/3/2022 - JoJo

The Service Department was very busy, but Jojo was able to keep the customers moving as they came in. In a 10 minute span I did see her handle at least and possibly 6 different customers. Her trainee was also able to assist me when Jojo was providing serivce to another customer.

Car was complete within a few hours for a oil change and tire rotation had to call to check status because I didn’t receive a call when it was ready but other than that great service

A frustrating and disappointing experience: took my

A frustrating and disappointing experience: took my vehicle in for a diagnostic on a noise/potentially loose part. It took two full business days, and three phone calls from me, to even hear anything back - and my vehicle hadn't even been looked at. So, I am left with no information on the status of the vehicle or how long I may be without one, and unable to make necessary plans to get by without a vehicle in the meantime. Maybe there aren't enough staff to keep up, but what is the point of appointments if they aren't being honored? While the staff are all very polite and nice to talk to, this service center needs a better system for customer communication and ensuring customers are get service in order of appointments.

I have been taking my Toyota Avalon to this dealership

I have been taking my Toyota Avalon to this dealership for service over 3 years. Each time my car was serviced I had excellent service by advisors who are very knowledgeable and have helped me save on the costs by giving me discounts when I inquired.
