They replaced my mirror with a black one for my Red
They replaced my mirror with a black one for my Red Corolla and I was told to get it painted myself. It took hours to understand where the mixup was from. Then I came for an oil change and was offered a deal with additives, a buy1-get1 free wiper and alignment. I trusted that I needed all that. I came home and the wiper flew off. I looked at the almost $200 bill and no alignment was done. So how can an oil change and wipers - that fly off- cost $195?

Sorry - but I had the wiper replaced as I had to ask a friend to bring it back because I didn't have time. Now I also don't have time to call the manager. Perhaps it should be the other way around?

I ordered a Camry a few months back and was told it would take 3-5 months for delivery. Throughout the waiting time, I was kept appraised of the status of my order. I called the dealership a couple weeks ago, and Michelle quickly had the information to hand and let me know our order status. On Saturday Frank called and said the car was in. Working Saturday with Frank and Devon was a breeze. I’m not sure we were there an hour—but we paid cash, so I’m sure that speeded things up. The whole experience, from ordering the car with Frank’s help, to driving away was stress free.

I’ve always had good experiences and didn’t think it could get better. Had to jumpstart my battery and drove right to dealership. Besides the battery, I also was due for an oil change and thought I would have to reschedule that service but Clint got everything done including a tire rotation. The absolute best service experience I’ve had. His attention to detail is a great reflection on this dealership.
