Everything was good, the tech was very nice, but he said it was about a 2 hr wait. to remove the nail or screw on my tire, it should be less time, i had to wait almost 4 hours. I took it in about 11:45 and got it back around 3:15 or 3:30. I did not stay there, i had someone pick me up, but it is not good, not having my truck. my opinion if it is only a nail or screw on a tire, i think that should not take hours, it should be less than 30 minutes.

It was a very nice experience working with Marcie and David. The GM walked around many times to make sure everything was going smooth. Brad also made an even better deal happen, than I was expecting. Very thankful for my brand new 2022 4Runner.
