Had an appointment for 2:30 pm, arrived on time. Waited...
Had an appointment for 2:30 pm, arrived on time. Waited for service. Car was not ready until 5:oo pm - 2 1/2 hours for an oil change. Apology was that they were short handed. If so, why did they take an appointment they could not honor? This was the reason I changed from local Kia dealer to Toyota, long wait times for just an oil change. Not acceptable. Need to either honor appointments or not make them in the first place.

Good service from Mr. Abrego- professional and courteous. Michael Abrego was great the other employee I worked with- hmmm. I'll just leave it at that. I will be taking my business elsewhere as everyone was so busy that I had to wait at least 5-10 minutes to be talked to.
