2017 Tundra

Need to speed up process as when customer arrives and checks in . Person that received check in , never spoke to customer to keep customer inform on vehicle status, and did not explained anything on service ticket

Passenger upper tow hitch cover

Service representative did not take the time to properly inspect which tow hitch cover was missing and ordered the incorrect one. Then service representative asked if I still wanted the correct tow hitch cover and I replied yes and the representative said it will take six weeks. Suggestion take your time and next time order the correct part for the next customer.
