First and Last time there
I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation- when I called and set the appointment, I was not told of any wait time. When I arrived, I was told about three hour wait. I was offered a shuttle, which I accepted. When I was ready to be picked up I called and asked for the shuttle to pick me up. I was told that he had a few stops before me. I waited one hour and twenty minutes for the shuttle. No apologies- only rude people that answered my three calls asking when someone would be there. I was in tears, waiting , about to call a taxi. When I arrived back to the dealership still no apologies for wait. Also was told I need a new battery when I have no issues with my vehicle starting. My entire day was spent on an oil change and tire rotation- definitely not how I wanted to spend my Saturday..

Service
I took my SUV in for recall. Someone came and helped me right away. The service was great. I needed rear brakes resurfaced and new pads. They were running a special. I was more than satisfied.

2021 Toyota 4Runner
I ended up buying a beautiful new car that is $20,000 over my budget. I am trying to justify this purchase, as I take ultimate responsibility. Because of the significant margin I have exceeded, I am likely to trade in this brand new 4Runner, take a hit, and attempt the purchase process over again. Everyone at Toyota Nation CC has been friendly, accessible, and knowledgeable. This was my first time to purchase a car. I needed something that would take me down the beach as well as drive me safely to San Antonio from Corpus Christi. But for $30,000, not $50,000. So as I write this, I am still researching, still looking for the right fit. I struggled greatly during the final steps of this purchase, and in the end, I wish I had proceeded more carefully.
