Service of Vehicle

Scheduled an appointment for service per dealers email request. Explained to them I did not need tires rotated. They said just to tell the service tech to do the other maintenance checks. When I got there they said they would not do the other checks since they were not going to rotate the tires ( At a cost to me). This is a rip off in my opinion and sounded like this was a way to make money. I state below I would not recommend this dealer only because of the way the service dept is handled.

Recall repairs went faster than anticipated

went fast and smooth. The check in was a bit longer wait but they made up for it later.

Service

on the 4th of June. I had a great experience working with Mr. Kevin Garza. Let me tell you what I feel about that young man. In my eyes he is an eager beaver. He knows respect, manners, and most of all he knows what customer service is all about. Kevin knew you were one employee short. He asked to be placed in that vacancy. He immediately went to work on familiarizing his duties. I witnessed an unbelievable display of team work. Justin Bourdon was a pleasant manager, making sure I was comfortable and when needed Kevin did not hesitate to ask questions and with an undivided attention made sure he stayed focus. Mr. Lupe Hernandez was very patient and when asked he made sure Kevin?s questions was answered and understood. I see great potential in Kevin. He took upward mobility by the horns. I see him as a very import asset or element to your team. In all my years I have very rarely experience or seen such dedication. I also wish to acknowledge Ms. Jo Jo that young lady is also a fire plug. She stayed with me making sure I was taken care of. Lastly, kind sir all I ask is please be compassionate and understanding that I am writing to you after midnight and out of my own time to assure you are aware of the fine crew you have.
