Went in for car detail, all air filters replaced, and a/c checked. They checked a/c. Went to pick up car and no filters had been changed and car wasn?t detailed, again. They changed the air filters upon my second request but car detail was not taken care of. I have a platinum plan and this is the service I get? I have tell them twice and it all filled out a week ahead of time on the computer. Can they not read? This isn?t the first time, it?s the third time.
