Excellent experience

David Wickwar was our salesman, and he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. This is the 2nd vehicle he has helped us purchase. The process was quick, and we got the vehicle we wanted. The price was fair, and the paperwork was completed quickly. Thank you David.

Good service department

Always get service done here. I believe they are reliable and honest. I used to buy my Toyotas here but they have changed ownerships over the years and the salesmen no longer have the knowledge I need for decision-making, nor do they carry much inventory. How can I buy a model of car I have never seen, much less driven?

Great Buying Experience!

We had a great experience buying our car from Patrick Gipson at AutoNation Toyota. We've been looking for some time now and Patrick kept us updated on every vehicle he thought we would be interested in. He made our buying experience less of a hassle.

Scheduled maintenance on my RAV4

Rene did a great job! He was very courteous, explained everything clearly, and got the work done within the time he said it would be done. I am going to call Rene whenever I need work done.

Average

When the first statement from a kid three time younger than I is how much it will cost me without knowing if I have the service covered, I knew it was going to be an expensive stop. I just moved back to Corpus but I think I will be taking my car back to San Antonio for servicing, at least they check it before they charge you.

Customer

A brought in a 4Runner with 5000 miles. I told the service people that there was a problem with the touch screen on the radio. I tried to tell them what the problem was but they would not talk about it like they were so smart the they already knew the problem. After 2.5 hours I was told the the problem was fixed. It was not!!! How do you fix a problem when you have no idea what the problem is? And my name is not "John."
