Wonderful experence

The salesman I worked with while buying our new Sienna was a joy to work with, no pressure, no trying to talk me into a more expensive model. I told him what we wanted on the car, he checked his inventory and found one that matched except the color of the interlor, which we decided to go with the one he had on stock. He brought it around, we did a test drive and went back to dealer and filled out the paper work. The only pressure was when someone else tried to sell us an extended warranty but even that was not too bad

I have purchased 4 Toyota vehicles and 2 of them have...

I have purchased 4 Toyota vehicles and 2 of them have been with this Dealership. My first experience was disappointing, but I purchased. This time the entire experience was redeeming and professionally handled. My thanks' to David Sanchez, Albert, Paulie and Leo in financing. This experienced has renewed my opinion of this dealership and it's people. The turn around they have shown in the last 2 years is remarkable. I will be buying my next vehicle from them. They went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, haggling is still a seasoned art, but they tolerated me and we came to a deal. I found that all the sales staff were extremely kind. The kid with the fluorescent sun glasses needs to take them off when dealing with the public. Thank you to all involved, it was really a remarkable experience.

Buying a car has never been one of my favorite things to...

Buying a car has never been one of my favorite things to do; however, my recent experience at Auto Nation Toyota of Corpus Christi was entirely different. We were treated as a potential valued customer and were shown the model we were interested in. The salesman, Arnold Balboa, introduced us to the various features of each selected model. He was low key in his presentation and never once balked to a question we asked. He knew his product well and conveyed the information with clarity. He made us aware that he was available by phone or visit to the agency for any questions or concerns. After the sale, Arnold didn't "disappear into the woodwork", but had made sure that he would be available for any questions. We have taken him up on that on several occasions & he has always been eager to be helpful. We will always be grateful to Arnold Balboa for making this buying experience an enjoyable one.

Very friendly and patient service

The people that dealer was very friendly, and the person who attend my husband and I was very patient, we went to buy a new Camry and we took the test drive with him, he show us all the features and we like it, but we end up buying a rv4 which I love. We spend all day there and he bearded with us all the time. Thank you so much for your help.

First-Class Operation

Well, Autonation Toyota Corpus Christi is an impressive operation. I went by the other day to pick up my plates for the new car and upon walking in, was immediately greeted by several members of the Sales staff and then later by GM Jeff Amidon. My awesome salesman, Robert Martinez, and Sam Torres spent some very valuable time with me, explaining technology specifics of the 2013 Avalon. Robert will do whatever it takes for the customer, and always answers my texts right away if I have a question. Sam is very knowledgeable and knows the features well. The personal touches mean a lot. Boy, am I enjoying this car! When I was given my plates, I smiled at the first few initials which couldn't be more perfect: CMT, See My Toyota!!! Thank you, Autonation Toyota Corpus Christi. You make me proud. Great experience!

awesome experience

Great experience and awesome sales staff. This is the second vehicle I purchased from automation Toyota and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a new car.

great job

Got to hand it to Alex Chapa and Mark Beverly. They worked hard to find me the truck I was looking for. I would definitely recommend Autonation if you are looking to buy a new vehicle.

UNHAPPY WITH MANAGEMENT-DO NOT TRUST THEM

I was purchasing two cars from this company and they increased the price of a 2013 highlander by over $9000.00. I was told that they had made a mistake on the price on the windshield of the vehicle. Because we had been looking for a long time we asked them if they could reduce the price. When we finally received a call back from the manager, he barely decreased the price and then proceeded to tell us that if we wanted to purchase the car under their certified program we would have to pay an additional $500.00 for the car. What a bunch of baloney- We had been told that the car was already certified and that all of the 2013 cars on their lot were certified vehicles and it was included in the price. What a disappointment- they were not at all trying to work with us. I would stay away from this dealership. As you can tell because I am on this website.. I'm still looking.
