Ryan Acker, the sales consultant was great.
Ryan Acker, the sales consultant was great. There was an incident where a general sales manager, Kevin spoke over me as I was trying to negotiate. I found that to be rude and uncouth and it kind of ruined the excitement of buying a vehicle. Honestly, if I didn’t really need the vehicle at the time, they would have lost a sale because of that. Kevin also gave a bogus line of losing money on the vehicle. Kind of a joke. Outside of that they were generally really responsive and helpful in locating a vehicle.

Helpful staff, and they didn’t waste time or dilly dally. Gave a good and fair offer on trade in vehicle. Also we’re able to move a vehicle from one dealership to one closer to my location.

I now have the perfect SUV.
I have owned a Jeep for 5 years and have had it serviced at Van Horn (it was bought elsewhere) for all of that time. While I was there for a service I decided to take a look around to see if going smaller would be a good choice. After talking to Ryan Acker for a while it became apparent that a test drive was in order. I now own a Cherokee Limited! Ryan was so fun to work with and because I was there for a service, I got an offer that day and a slightly different model than the one I chose was brought in for me to look at, drive etc. I have always liked the people at Van Horn, from the Service Team on up and that is a big reason I decided to look there. The entire 'community' at this dealership is welcoming and is willing to take the time to get this right, especially Ryan and Brianna! Who new I needed a heated steering wheel? Apparently Ryan did, he gave me lots of options and in the end I believe I got the perfect Jeep!
