SERVICE AND REPAIRS LACKING, POOR & UNRELIABLE
I went to pick up my car today from Cardenas BMW in Harlingen, TX. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Parts, and labor were shotty: They used Bondo to secure my front bumper which was cracked and warped with screws missing, the underside had screws and brackets missing The body was scratched, dinged and one section has red paint and a dent. The detail work was messy and sloppy with gobs of wax left all over the body. It needs new parts and more body work. After 2 months of waiting, it looks like I'll have to wait indefinitely. They are unprofessional,slow, and overpriced to say the least.
