Excellent Customer Service

Checkin process was quick and smooth. They said my car would be ready within the hour and it was. Adrian took excellent care of me.

I had leased a 2018 Acura ILX back in April of 2018....

I had leased a 2018 Acura ILX back in April of 2018. Since then, I have had 6 incidents of the battery dying with no reason. 3 of those incidents, I had to use roadside assistance to help jump the car. Of those 3 and the last incident, it wasn't even able to be jumped and it had to be towed to McGrath Acura where I leased the vehicle from to be fixed. While being serviced, Sam was assigned to my vehicle's service visit. When being informed that the vehicle had been fixed, I asked for clarification that this would be included under warrant, since it is a lease with warranty, in which he failed to even respond to. When I got to the dealer, the cashier requested that repairs were $200 in which they very clearly knew that my vehicle was still under warranty. Instead of an apology for the multiple massive inconveniences the vehicle has caused, they knowingly try to stick me with a bill hoping I would pay knowing very well that it was covered. The car itself has already been a nightmare and the dealer experience has been even worse. If you are looking for an honest, transparent, and customer first dealership, I would certainly suggest looking elsewhere.

Nigthmare Car and Even Worse Dealer Experience

Installing my winter wheels and tires on My 2017 N

Now that the weather has gotten colder, it was time to have the winter wheels and tires on the NSX. A quick call to service and my appointment teNt was in the books. My service advisors Joe was ready for me when I arrived, quickly got me checked in and then on my way in a clean, new loaner. I received a text to let me know the service was completed and the car washed and vacuumed. When I arrived back Joe processed my payment, had my car pulled out for me and I was on my way. The folks at McGrath Acura service take great care of my car and provide top notch customer service.

Great Place to Buy or Lease

Just completed my second lease at McGrath Acura. People that work at the dealership are all top notch. Worked with Raffy, Joe, and Amy. Experience was great from start to finish. Even other employees were super nice. Plenty of smiles and everyone was willing to help. In the end I can’t believe on the great deal I got.

Had a flat on Mobile’s gas pump. After calling for...

Had a flat on Mobile’s gas pump. After calling for roadside assistance, it took 30 minutes for tow. The dealership called after receiving vehicle with information on problem. Took care of the problem and I was on my way back home. Thanks for your assistance Joe.

Unexpected Bill

Great service but unexpected bill. Charged me $60 to replace one breaklight then charged me for a tire rotation, that is did not ask for.
