Peggy started talking with me over the phone and told me to come on in she provided me with the details of exactly what I needed to drive off in my new Mercedes that day. She was very polite, generous, understanding, and determined to make sure that all my needs were met. The finance manager Brent was also very generous and the whole process was so quick and easy because of their service . I highly recommend this business to all my associates.

Purchase a vehicle from this dealership. If they know you are restless the will take advantage in every angle possible. They sold us used car when we could have purchased a brand new 2017. They threw in a new car warranty in which we had to pay additional when it was promised once the vehicle was purchased. Do not go see Lou, Noble, or Joey(service). They will take advantage if they see the opportunity. That’s what happen to us. Went it to get brakes done and they went the cheapest route. Still having issues. They also make promises they can’t keep. Overall if you want to get cheated then by any means visit the dealship. If you want honest and sales people that care stay away.

Contacted dealership several time interested in a used car. After 20 days, dealership still couldn't produce single picture. I am from Chicago area, but not local to McGrath-Chicago. I'm not driving hour out of my way to see a vehicle that can't be photographed.
