My wife and I originally came to look at 1 particular car...but we found one we liked better. Roberto was our salesman and he is very friendly and polite, and very informative. He is a good salesman the type I like to work with. Upfront and honest without pressure tactics. when we needed approval from his manager Sam, He was the same also. If I was to describe these guys in one word, I would say professional. All in All I would recommend this sales team any day. Thank you Roberto and Sam; we appreciate the great deal you gave us. James was the final finance person we worked with and James is great too. By the way if you prefer English or Spanish, two of the salesman we dealt with are bi-lingual which was very nice for my wife. No I'm not related and don't work there...this was our first visit..check them out for yourself.

Pleasant Certified Pre-Owned Experience
Came in late on the day before Thanksgiving to look at a Certified pre-owned Acura TL that I had seen on-line. Although it was late and the car was on the showroom floor, Jerry was more than accommodating to have the car moved outside for a test drive. After the test drive, the negotiation process was quick and easy thanks to Jerry's easy-going, non-pushy attitude. Once the financing was complete and the car was all ready to go, Alex did a run-through of the tech features on the TL, which was very nice since it was past the closing time. Overall, a great experience.

Wated my time
I called to get information on a car that was advertised online. Initially I was told that the car was located on the lot and that it was still available. I asked the dealer to provide me with more information, which he said he would. He stated he would call back in 15 mins. After an hour passed I decided to call them back, at which time I was told that he was "in a meeting and would get back to me within 45 mins tops." After another 2 hours of nothing I decided to once again call. When I did the salesman told me that the car had not passed the safety test and was sent to auction. Something didn't seem to add up to me, so I had a friend call on it later that day (a new listing was put up on cars.com after I was told it was sent to auction). He was told that the car had sold the previous Saturday. The dealer wasted several hours of my time and lied about the cars. I would not trust them to do business with.

New MDX purchase a pleasant experience!
From beginning to end, the experience we had yesterday buying our new MDX was the most pleasant we've had in many years. This is the third MDX we've owned so the product almost sells itself. The sales people at McGrath Acura of Chicago were great to work with. They found the car we wanted with just the right options, and the price was very fair. The car was ready when we arrived to take delivery. Jerome, Noble and Alex were very proficient in teaching us about the car and walking us through the paperwork. We won't hesitate to use them again.

I spent over a month looking for something to replace a...
I spent over a month looking for something to replace a car I hated. After visiting other dealers for other makes of automobiles, I thought I would give Acura a try. I had always been loyal to Toyota and my whole family drives Toyota and Lexus and I had deviated from that and went with a car I hated (but shall remain nameless). Needless to say, I had really missed the smooth ride and awesome reliability of a Japanese luxury car. I walked around McGrath for about 10 minutes outside (which is perfect, I don't want to be pounced on or ignored) and Jason B. came over and started to help me. He was incredibly friendly, personable, knowledgable, and he listened to what I said I wanted and he didn't pressure me to get options I didn't want or need beyond the normal, expected pressure that he is required and should provide. In other words, he knew how far to push and when to back off. I'd say he was probably the best car salesperson I'd ever dealt with, if not the best. After a great test drive, I decided to purchase a 2013 Acura TSX. I was passed on to Elizabeth R. in the finance office and she is awesome. She worked with me according to my needs and worked hard to get me the best arrangment for me. She also didn't pressure me to a crazy point for add on warranties, etc. She was very patient with me in going over all of the different options available to me regarding dent repair, GAP insurance, etc. She was also very personable and dare I say, FUN? Dare I say the finance office was fun? I know! Crazy! Lastly, I delt with Alex who showed me how to use my Bluetooth and a few other car features. Totally nice, professional and she knew her stuff. Went for my first complimentary car wash over the weekend and it took only about 10 minutes and the guy was super nice. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone.

Chase and the team at McGrath Acura in Downtown Chicago are all about making sure that your customer experience is second to none. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated and the best team that I have dealt with in the 30+ years in buying r leasing cars. The new location is outstanding and all phases of their operation are fantastic. The is not a better vehicle purchasing experience around so I encourage everyone to visit Chase and everyone at McGrath Acura. For the record, the 2014 MDX is an incredible vehicle with a ride that once you experience it, no other SUV in its class does not have a chance.

John T. contacted me after submitting a search on USAA...
John T. contacted me after submitting a search on USAA for a 2013 RDX and I swung by since I live in the area. After a little haggling, they gave me a decent price; however, the car was not in stock, so they wound up having to get it from their "other dealer." When I arrived to pick the car up, they had just completed detailing it (they left the "Joe Rizza" decal on the back, so I asked that they remove it). Took care of the financing with no pressure to purchase additional add-ons/warranties from James L. Before driving away, John T. gave me a nice demo of the vehicle's features (I declined the full demo since I owned the previous generation and was tight on time). Drove the car to my father's house and realized that I actually bought the wrong model - meant to get an AWD model, not FWD (totally my fault for printing off the wrong coupon from USAA). Called John about my discrepancy and he spoke with Chase D./management. They had no issues with me bringing the vehicle back and swapping it for the model that I originally intended to purchase (the AWD model was actually in stock)! I was very impressed that I received absolutely no pushback whatsoever and just paid the difference in price. These guys definitely made my day by going above and beyond - most dealers would not have done that. I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and family.
