I brought my 2024 GranTurismo Maserati to Criswell
I brought my 2024 GranTurismo Maserati to Criswell Maserati because when I pressed D to get into gear it didn’t shift into gear. I had to press around 4 times before it shifted to drive. I brought my GT to Criswell Maserati Germantown and service advisor Aaron witnessed the problem. The service department received my GT on Monday. Three days later and supposed after several tries, Aaron claimed “ the tech couldn’t duplicate the issue and therefore couldn’t order a new part and replace the defective one.” At my insistence the car was returned to me on Thursday. The first time I went to drive it I had the identical issue for which I brought the car in initially. It took 4 tries before it shifted into drive, D, making it inconceivable and strange that in 3 days, “the tech could duplicate the problem and therefore couldn’t replace the defective part” even though service advisor Aaron also personally witnessed the identical issue. In addition, the distance between my house and the dealership is only 18 miles, (rt 36 miles) and add a few miles for the tech to test drive, I wonder why my GT was driven almost 70 miles. I can only advise to find another Maserati service department if you want your car repaired that’s under warranty and not just receive an illogical excuse.

Alberto Zamorano at Criswell Maserati and Alfa Romeo has
Alberto Zamorano at Criswell Maserati and Alfa Romeo has renewed my faith in humankind. I was looking to buy an Alfa Romeo Tonale Veloce but was snubbed by local dealers here in Southern California. I called out of state to The Criswell Dealership in Maryland via CarGurus not knowing at all what to expect of out of state sales and how it all works. From the first phone contact with Alberto, who was informative, extraordinarily kind, and reassuring- I was put at ease right away and proceeded to look into transport estimates based on the Criswell Dealership transport company recommendation. Alberto worked as well on the information and the negotiations on the Alfa I had been looking for. Alberto handled all of this with ease and I knew this was going to be a wonderful experience because his manner and customer service was 5 star and beyond, and he was incredibly knowledgeable. I purchased my car with zero complications and it was easier than I could have ever imagined! I'm grateful that Alberto values his customers, and gives 100% in what he does...I have never dealt with a more pleasant man than Alberto. He is an incredible asset the Dealership. In fact, everyone at Criswell are friendly and professional ! Alberto gave me a FaceTime video tour of the Dealership and introduced me to everyone there as well as showing me the surroundings so that it was like an in-person experience. He took many photos and videos of the car. Once payment was made, docusign done, and transport was arranged, Alberto went out of his way to video my new Alfa being loaded on the big transport truck which is now making its way across the country nearly coast to coast from Maryland to Southern California ! It has all been very exciting because Alberto makes it that way ! This purchase was the easiest and happiest transaction all due to Alberto and his wonderful care for his customers ...I'm a fan for life !

We had a rather pleasant and smooth buying experience
We had a rather pleasant and smooth buying experience with James Tan. James is very helpful and effective to close this transaction. The only thing I was unable to give A+ rating was the final (bargained) price, but James cordially explained and convinced me to agree with the deal presented by Criswell. As for the Finance part, we also had a quite straight and satisfying experience with Krystie. I hope we will get a USB that comes with all details about this purchase and car loan processed for this transaction. James with check with Krystie to have such USB mailed to us. I certainly will refer Criswell to my friend circle for the good job done by its Sales & Finance team!
