Now I need to bring my NEW truck to service for a minimum of 2-3 days for an appointment yes you call this an appointment and not have a vehicle to drive while I am paying 1000.00 per month for the truck? Does this make any sense to you??

I purchased my 2012 Camaro brand new at this dealership and they are the only ones that have done anything to maintain it. I am now at 180,000 miles and still running strong and fast.

Took 11 days to service and I had to pay the rental out
Took 11 days to service and I had to pay the rental out of my pocket because extended warranty only covers for 5 days.

Our sales rep (Roy) was superb!
Our sales rep (Roy) was superb! He asked us what we were looking for, presented alternatives, and showed us multiple cars so we could compare options. At the end he was able to present a proposal that fit our budget and put us in a significant "upgrade" to our trade in! Our only "negative" was the wait to actually close with Finance. They were significantly backed up and it literally took hours to see them.
