Good Buying Experience
I received the help of not one but two members of the sales team at the Georgetown Don Hewlett Chevrolet—Chase Bass and Brandon Luther. When I purchased my new Chevrolet Silverado I first got videos on my phone from Brandon detailing three different vehicles. When I went to see my top choice it was Chase who searched for the right one and then efficiently did the paperwork to buy it. When I returned that evening to pick it up, Brandon explained all the new fangled electronics, tagged it and answered questions. Through it all there were virus masks, elbow shakes and a sense of safe distancing. It was a safe, seamless transaction thanks in large part to the teamwork of these two guys who know their business and treat customers to a low key but effective buying experience.
