Repairs were not done in a timely manner.

Repairs were not done in a timely manner. Parts were at another location. Took two days to get them and was repaired on the 3rd day

The buying experience went so smoothly and both Connor and Dylan Delgado were great at explaining the entire buying process to us. Dylan from finance was also great and helped us to understand everything so well!

Went in for a diagnostics test, had a loaner vehicle for

Went in for a diagnostics test, had a loaner vehicle for a couple of days, was called in to pick it up- when I got to the dealership, they told me they hadn’t even started on my car so I had to keep the loaner vehicle an extra two days, was charged $600 for a diagnostic test and loaner vehicle. Do not recommend coming here.

Professional; friendly; she had everything put together

Professional; friendly; she had everything put together with all the info i would need in the future. Concerning warranty and how it all works. She is awesome to work with and super organized. Everyone at the dealership is professional and they make the experience nice.

Thank you to Robert for always taking care of us - understanding the issues and walking us through the process and keeping us abreast of the situation. I am concerned that I was delayed in bringing in my vehicle as the loaner vehicles are limited.

They are always very condescending with us.

They are always very condescending with us. And this last time we went in for an oil change and our expedition has not been running the same ever since. It shakes when idling and under the hood makes a loud noise.

Pleasant experience purchasing the vehicle.

Pleasant experience purchasing the vehicle. Absolutely, love the F-150 truck. The only feature I do not like is the Auto-Start-Stop.
