Great place to get a new car!

Great experience !!

I had an amazing experience at downtown Nashville Nissan. He was very knowledgeable and got me in a brand new Nissan! I wanted something reliable and a certain color and he delivered. Totally recommend John Perry if you need a good sales guy at Nashville Nissan!

Sales manger was unprofessional and rude to me.

Sales manger was rude to me and has anger issues, He didn't introduce himself and was made at the offer I submitted to him and just left me without saying bye. I just wonder how big place like that hire unprofessional sales mangers like that and lose serious buyers.

It was bad experience, sales manger was unprofessional

Internet manger sent me an email with great offers, went to the dealership to buy an used Nissan altima, I did submit an offer , sales manger came to me without introducing himself to me, he was mad at the offer and treated me with anger and left me without saying bye, he just left me alone , I took my bad experience with me and left the place wondering how big place like this hire unprofessional sales manger like that and losing serious buyers and easy lose money.

Car purchase

I wasn?t really looking to buy a car i was truly just wanting to show around see what my options were... idk it was nice the employees are nice. I still have days when i have buyers remorse but i guess

Great experience I would highly recommend Chris Pearson.

This is only the second new car I've ever bought. Chris Pearson was my salesman. I had a 2015 Nissan Versa Note and had a wreck and totaled it so I needed another car. I liked my Versa so much that's what I was looking for. When I explained to Chris what I wanted he was able to tell me what was available at that time. I found one I liked and started the process of buying it when I was told for a difference of 10 to 25 dollars a month I could get a Sentra. Chris explained the differences in the two cars and then he showed me one and test drove it, needless to say I left with the Sentra. Chris is a very knowledgeable and professional salesman. Richard Hess also had a hand in my buying experience he handled to financial end of things. Over all I would highly recommend these two anyone needing a vehicle of any kind.

Helped me get what I needed at a good price.

Overall, the quality of Nissan products are nothing short of excellent. The same can be said of the service and assistance we received at Downtown Nashville Nissan. Jim Ransom did a tremendous job at helping us choose the right truck (Frontier) for the right price. Kudos to Tshombe Demby for guiding us through the financing. He has the charisma and enthusiasm that makes the experience painless.

Salesman Courteous & Out Going

My Salesman was Jim Ransom. He was polite & courteous. He made sure that my needs was meet & he was very helpful in making my car purchase. Mr. Ransom went over & beyond to make my car purchase experience a pleasant one. I was in a Rental Automobile & Mr. Ransom offered to follow me to the Hertz Car Rental Place to return the rental that I was in. Mr. Ransom followed me in my new vehicle. Mr. Ransom also made sure that I understood all the dings & whistles of operating my vehicle He was a very, very helpful salesman that made my purchase as comfortable as possible.
