Oil Change

The most that I liked about this dealership was, when I was waiting to get my oil changed the gentleman let me know it was going to be 90 min and it was exact also a swarm of cars would drive up and before my eyes they were taken in to get services it was wonderful couches were comfortable and the customer service was nice, im going to keep on going here even though its a way from home.

Covert Buick Experience

I wanted to write about my experience dealing with Covert Buick Staff in reference to getting my car serviced. I have a 2010 Buick Lucerne CXL,I only take my Buick to be serviced at Covert Buick on Research Blvd.My service advisor is Tom Fritz,I call him with any questions I may have pertaining to my Buick,he'll always discuss and advise me as to what I need to do! No pressure! When I've made up my mind ,I will contact Tom,and set up an appt to take my Buick in for repair or service.Tom,is waiting when I get there,he's so polite,Curtious, pleasant,What more could a customer ask for? I didn't think this kind of service existed anymore,but It sure does and I am so appreciative.I must not forget however two other staff members,Cori and Dan service dept Mgr,I had a question of concern that only mgr Cori could help me with,he made one call and it was resolved;)) Dan,service dept mgr,him and Tom know how very particular I am about my car;)) they cover my seat,front floor,I just can't say enough about there work standards,service completed in timely manner,they even wash your car,not mine because it's never dirty when I take it in!!So I think you get what I am saying,Service with a smile,no worries,you can shop with ease and comfort,and I have to add....."Nothing Drives Like A Buick" Luxury,Comfort,Style,Beauty,Reliable.Thank You All For Taking Such good care of my car!!! Truly Appreciate;))

Outstanding Service and Facilities

Last Friday, December the 19th, I took our Buick Enclave 2011 in for an oil change, and several other maintenance updates and I had an appointment for 9:00 with Tom Fritz and his crew and they did an outstanding job. Tom told me it would be about two hours due to the maintenance updates and they delivered a clean car to me in about one hour and forty-five minutes. They also put me on a preferred customer list and that helped the pocket book and will each time I return with the car. Thank you and when a lady takes the car in as I usually do they should not call her husband's name to be checked out. All of the maintenance of this car has been done by me and not my husband. He did buy the tires recently from Covert, but that was a first. Thank You Betty Calcote
