The service at Henna is superior! They are always on...

The service at Henna is superior! They are always on point, timely, customer mined AND they get the job done RIGHT the first time! There are no repeat appointments for the same problem (if you even have a problem with their vehicles) because they are completely qualified and they know what they are doing! They found issues I didn't even know I had for a recall that hadn't even happened yet....Now I call that SERVICE!!!!

I'm always floored at the outstanding customer service...

I'm always floored at the outstanding customer service Henna provides! That's why I ONLY let Henna handle all my maintenance & repair needs. Mark Wilson & Randall usually take care of me & they are truly Angel's in my life! When I tried to make appt they were booked out several weeks but miraculously Mark & Randall got my car repairs done in one day Record Time! It can be really stressful trusting car shops but Henna never let's me down & I trust the employees & technicians to the ends of the Earth! I have had bad experiences at other repair shop in the past so it means the world to me that I can trust Henna with my Camaro " my baby" & always know I can expect 10 STAR customer service every time! Thank you to Mark Wilson, Randall, & all technicians that worked on my Camaro! I appreciate y'alls excellent customer service sooo very much! I will always tell my friends & family that yall are the BEST EVER! Mark & Randall & all the technician's deserve a MAJOR raise because they are the reason I will be forever loyal to Henna! Nothing special in the area of customer care. The new car...

Nothing special in the area of customer care. The new car building at least had vending machines and a sitting area. The used car building only had water if you asked for it. The atmosphere in the used car building was very unprofessional and zero customer care. I waited three hours to get the paperwork done and had to ask for coffee to be made. No other snacks were available.

We live in California and could not find a fair deal on...

We live in California and could not find a fair deal on Chevy Silverado 2500 LTZs without there being a 15k markup. I searched the internet and found the truck we wanted at Henna Chevy in Austin. I phoned Richard in sales and confirmed the price ($7k off MSRP) and made made arrangements to pick the truck up the next day. My wife snd I flew in and within 2 hours drove off with the truck we wanted. All of the paperwork, vehicle cleaning and a detailed overview of the truck were provided. 10 out or 10 recommend Henna Chevy and Richard in sales! A1 service. John in finance was amazing as well working with our credit Union to get all of the loan paperwork squared away.

I just bought my first Chevrolet at Henna Chevrolet in Austin. My experience with Henna was amazing. Tony my sales person and he was great he answered all my question that I had about cars as well as financing. He took the time to show me every single vehicle available on the lot. While traveling from Michigan I had a need to upgrade my...

While traveling from Michigan I had a need to upgrade my truck from a 2500 to a 3500. The purchasing process before the sale went well. However, nearly two months later and there are still unresolved issues. 1) While working with the finance person at Henna to sign the paperwork I indicated that my existing plates must be transferred to the new truck because I would not be back in Michigan for several months and would be unable to secure new plates. Additionally, I had a specialty plate that I wanted to keep. When checking on the registration a few weeks ago I asked to make sure that the plates were scheduled to be transferred. They were not. I was told that this has been corrected, however my temporary tags will soon expire and my Michigan plates have still not transferred to the new vehicle. 2) A week after purchasing the vehicle I took a stone to the windshield, requiring a full replacement. Unfortunately, the insurance company couldn't process the claim because the VIN was not yet "in the system". I have been driving by brand new truck for a month and a half with a broken windshield I assume because there was another delay in paperwork that has kept the VIN from being registered. 3) The truck did not come with recovery hooks, presumably because of a parts shortage at the factory several months ago. I was assured by my salesperson (Noe) that the recovery hooks were ordered and going to be shipped to me. When we spoke a few weeks ago he told me that they had arrived and were soon to be shipped out. They still have not arrived. While my purchasing experience was acceptable on the day of the purchase, my experience since then has been lackluster at best. It has been nearly two months since my purchase and I am driving an $80,000+ truck without all the parts (recovery hooks), with a broken windshield on temp tags that are about to expire. I have little confidence that I will receive the parts anytime soon and that the original plates will actually transfer to the new truck.
