It was top notch. I worked with the internet sales department and was able to negotiate trade and new car values prior to arrival. I felt both prices were acceptable and I was satisfied. Levi and Fernando made the experience quick a fun .. best car buying experience ever. Fernando in the finance department was excellent in working financing and going over added coverage for my vehicle. I traveled over 2hrs from Houston to Austin as they offered the better deal than my local dealerships. It was worth the drive and I would make it again.

Started looking for a new truck online and reached out to Henna for pricing on a Chevy Colorado and a trade in value for my F-150. The idea was to get a smaller truck with better mpg and something a little newer since my F-150 had high mileage and a warranty about to expire. I was contacted by Ken Bell who worked with me on pricing and my budget. When I arrived and test drove the Colorado I found out very quickly that this was not for me. I knew it was going to be smaller but my wife and I have two dogs and a new born and the Colorado was not going to work! It was getting late and the dealership closed at 8PM but Ken didn't mind letting us test drive a Chevy Silverado instead and stayed later to help us out. Not only was the Silverado better but Ken and John Smith helped make it affordable by giving us a great trade in value and hefty discount on the Silverado. One thing to keep in mind whenever you decide to purchase a new vehicle is that any dealership can sell you a car, they all have them but it's the people and service that makes dealerships great. You'll find just that at Henna. Friendly service and very knowledgeable staff. I never felt pressured and they make effort to ensure you are satisfied and answer any questions you might have. The staff at Henna is why I give this dealership 5 stars.
