It was top notch. I worked with the internet sales department and was able to negotiate trade and new car values prior to arrival. I felt both prices
were acceptable and I was satisfied. Levi and Fernando made the experience quick a fun .. best car buying experience ever. Fernando in the finance department was excellent in working financing and going over added coverage for my vehicle. I traveled over 2hrs from Houston to Austin as they offered the better deal than my local dealerships. It was worth the drive and I would make it again.

I first contacted the internet and got Brenda Guerrero who was extremely helpful and quoted me a very competitive price. I went in and was met by her
and her associate on the floor, Raul Guzman. They were both very professional and not pushy or high pressured at all. They worked with me on my trade in and helped me get some extras I was looking for. I had a very pleasant buying experience and I am enjoying my 2018 Silverado HD 2500 Diesel 4x4 truck.

Mark Poth is a world-class gentleman who runs the best service department I’ve ever experienced. I’m just a simple basic used Camero owner, and he and
the entire service team treated me like a VIP and went the extra mile to accommodate my last minute request to get in just a few days before Thanksgiving. They were slammed, but Mark made sure my car was in top condition within a few hours, while generously reserving a loaner for me just so I could go eat lunch (so nice) AND communicating with me step-by-step, while managing a VERY efficiently run department. No idea how he does it, but he walked up to me and every single car waiting in line, introduced himself, shook our hands, and gave everyone his personal attention on a very busy day. Talk about class! Also TONY ELFREZ IS THE MAN and the man who made the call to Mark prior to my arrival. When I noticed issues with the car, I texted Tony, who I bought the car from in the used car department a year ago, and he called me within seconds to see what he could do to help. He then called Mark, the service manager for me and asked him to take great care of me. These men are top knotch gentlemen! Tony has become like a family friend. He’s as genuine as it gets and as far from the stereotypical salesman as it gets. I’ve referred several friends to him, and they all feel the same way about Tony. He’s knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and one of the coolest nicest people you’ll ever be lucky enough to just sit and talk to. Tony took the anxiety out of buying a car as a single woman, and he really looked out for me and explained things thoroughly to me and made sure I was happy. He’s gotten friends of mine financed and in dream cars within a few hours, and one of my friends liked and trusted Tony so much, that he went back for a second car from Tony. These guys run an impeccable, HONEST, customer service oriented business, and I’ll never buy a car anywhere else because of how kind and helpful they’ve been to me in every dealing I’ve had with them for the past year! I really can’t say enough good things about them in this little tiny space to write, but I’m so thankful that I bought my car from Henna and from Tony, and how many used car owners can say that a year later?
