We arrived to Henna Chevrolet at the end of the day. My wife and I were greeted by Christian who talked with us and asked us what we wanted. We laid out our expectations and they found the 3.0 Durmax Diesel Chevrolet Black 4x4 Silverado in Houston and traded to get this truck delivered with 24 hours. No other dealer offered this…we were told “we can’t do that.” Christian, Joseph, and Henna Chevrolet took a chance and got the vehicle without having a guarantee we would buy it. Once the truck arrived at Henna Chevrolet, a very fair offer was made. Now comes the monkey wrench to the deal. My wife said let’s get a Chevrolet Silverado Diesel 2500 HD LTZ in black with all the same features as the Chevrolet Silverado Durmax. Needless to say I was excited but, felt bad because Christian and the team went all the way to Houston for the Durmax. I called Christian and said hey…do you have the same truck just in a 2500 HD in black. Christian’s sales flexibility was clearly demonstrated as he shifted and said to give him 15 minutes and he would call me back. Well as they say is history….Henna had the 2500 HD & we closed the deal. Thank you Christian, Joseph, and Henna Chevrolet for making a dream come true!

We have purchased our last few vehicles with Henna and our experience has always been great. This time around we had the pleasure of working with Isaac, definitely guided us through the process, patience and made sure we had everything we needed.

I was disapointed to hear that after having serviced the car two weeks ago, the car had another issue that would have to count as another deductible with eazy care because it didn't show in the initial diagnosis.

Henna always does a great job on my Corvette. They give an estimate first then do a thorough job taking very good care of my vehicle. Their waiting room is comfortable & every one of their staff is pleasant & professional. I highly recommend them.

I've had to get my car towed 4 times supposedly same issue 1st time battery was replaced .. 2nd 3rd time nothing was done 4th time they kept my car i told them it was not the battery they have had my car over a week and they are still stuck with it bring the battery until today now they say its a parasitic draw... well duh.. im not a mechanic and even I knew that.. ive never been this disappointed til now... unfortunately for md they are the closest dealership and ive been coming here for over 10yrs.. this what happens when new managers come in .. I hope i can get my car back soon..
