Great experience. Leo had the vehicle ready when I arrived, I ran it by my daughters office and she loved it. Great price, speedy delivery. All done in less than an hour.

I brought my F150 in because of a weird noise would occur...

I brought my F150 in because of a weird noise would occur when I started it up and then would go away. It would not come again if you tried starting it again after the engine was started cold. They figured it out and fix the problem.

Unimpressed

The used lot is in desperate need of an update. The waiting area is horrible and in disrepair. The fountains don't work. When I asked for a bottle of water I was told someone would get one for me - they never did. I waited for several hours for paperwork and was never really told what was happening or why. It's the typical sketchy lot where you ask for a better price, they go back to the manager and pretend to have a conversation, then come back with something only marginally better.
