New F150 purchase

This is our second vehicle from Riata Ford. Both purchases have been what car buying should be. A.J. Is fantastic to work with, he knows the vehicles and takes the time to make sure you are getting the features you want. There are many Ford dealers in the greater Austin area I would not think of buying from any of the rest.

DONT BUY USED AT LEIF JOHNSON

Need a Shower! Typical used car sales management who talk down to their customers and make you feel like you need a shower after dealing with the management in that back office there.. Too many other good options to buy used where they actually understand customer service

A great experience as always with the staff at Leif Johnston Ford. It's small town experience in a big city. Leo light is hands down a very professional man. Highly recommend him

DONT BUT USED @ LEIF JOHNSON Used sales management was rude and tried to bully through a deal. Used the same old tactics of "we have been doing this for 20 years" instead of actually listening and looking into my personal situation and question regarding titling taking months. I spent over $100K on a car and the sales manager couldn't even be bothered to actually pull up my account to realize what he was spewing was completely inaccurate.

Kept my truck for a week, didn't resolve the issues, took...

Kept my truck for a week, didn't resolve the issues, took 4 days for them to start work. Absolute worst service department I have ever experienced. This has happened before so prior to my appointment, I called and emailed the service department to ensure that things wouldn't slip through the cracks. I had 3 recalls and 2 service issues to address. Brought the truck in on a Wednesday, had a chat with my service rep and was under the impression they were working on it. Called on the following Monday to pick up my truck and they had not worked on it at all. Escalated the issue and they did some of the work and I got the truck back on Tuesday, 6 days after I had dropped it off. Even after all that time, one of the service issues never got addressed. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

The service center was great and Deion was the service person that took my info and let me know about how long it would take. He did a terrific job.

Megan is always so nice and very helpful. She remembers...

Megan is always so nice and very helpful. She remembers me when I come in for service and that always leaves a good impression. I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I feel like when we come in for service sales people or mechanics are trying to sell to us unnecessarily. We've been told 2x that our battery needs to be replaced and it's less than a year old, we also purchased it from you. We were also just told our brakes are going bad.. those were also replaced less than 6 months ago..I was also charged an extra $9 for something that wasn't explained to me when I came in for my oil change on Thursday, I don't even know what it was for.

Megan is awesome - very attentive to multiple customer's needs while juggling many balls in the air. Getting my car serviced at Leif Johnson Ford is worth the extra drive from Round Rock.
