We looked all around Jax for a Dodge Challenger writhing our price rang. Am a very economical person and wanted to stay within my budget, mike helped me do so. I already compared all prices and I got a good deal seriously. I brought in my twins as well and everyone in the office was so kind, they gave them snacks and made it quick and right to the point. After my last car dealership experience I was very skeptical of buying a car at a dealership. I saw a car I wanted online and called the dealership and they said the car was available. I told them I would be their in 15 minutes and low and behold the car I was interested in was just sold 5 minutes before my arrival. Imagine that! Then everything else was every disgusting automobile trope you can imagine. When I left I swore I would never go to a "dealership" again to buy a car. Fast forward years later and Cars.com showed a 2015 Ford Edge within my price range and mileage. I contacted Accurate Automotive through email and asked them for their out the door price that included tax tag and title along with their Carfax report. They promptly replied in 30 minutes. Several days later after dealing with other shady dealerships trying to negotiate a deal I found myself going back to Accurate Automotive and decided I would call. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ray Benton who advised the car was still available and that I could come in and take it for a test drive. I told him I would be there in 30 minutes. When I arrived the vehicle was parked out front. Ray greeted me and we took it for a test drive. He also, beat my banks finance rate and the outdoor pricing did not change from the original offer. I bought the car I wanted with no haggling or hassles. Ray was very professional and I never once felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of at all. If you want a nice vehicle with an honest upfront price then I recommend this dealership. They have somewhat restored my faith in the auto sales business and I would deal with them again.

A great overall experience. I found them to be helpful and practical. They understood what I was looking for and helped me to narrow my search.

Tony Gonzalez really went above and beyond to get me the car I wanted, the Scion XB. He was understanding of my situation, credit, new job, etc. I noticed a small issue from the transport of the vehicle to the car lot that he right away said they can take care of, no problem. Really a very pleasant experience! Roger Rosario the Finance manager was also great and very helpful at explaining the contract and terms.

Bought a 02 f 350. 2 nd day had to fix 2 rear tires. Radio cuts off all the time& on when it wants to. On the way home drove in a rain storm & wife got wet passenger door seal was bad. window tint was illegal for any state had to have it replaced. Illegal to sell that way. Needed a oil & tranny service. So I bought a 15,000.00 02 truck & put 600.00 in it in the last 4 days. Should have kept my trade in!!
