Great Experience!!! Honest Dealer with Certified Techs on-site. Johnny was excellent from the test drive to signing!

So I bought a Lexus IS350 from this establishment and they did not tell me that the car had frame damage. When They showed me the car fax it did not display this information on it. It was not until I took it to a friend of the family to inspect that I found out this detail. When I went to talk to the dealership about not disclosing this information to me they did not give me the time of day. I also inform my bank of this matter and told them I did not want this car anymore because there were several details they did not mention and it was only 2 days after purchase. The bank then stated they will talk to the dealership. After a month goes buy I did not hear anything I figured I was just stuck in the car but I woke up to my car being repossessed by Accurate Automotives. I called the bank to see what happen and they stated the dealership paid the loan off. Which in-turn was a win for me cause I was able to get out of the car but they way the handle business was not professional. If they were thinking of buying me out of my loan they could had informed me so I could get my stuff out but they did not. I will not recommend anyone to this dealership ever. Officially the worse experience ever.

Great dealership worked with me on the price found a good middle ground for the price we were all comfortable with. Worked with Johnny while he worked with the manager to get me to where I need to be. Didn't try to sell me anything that wasn't needed and did all the paperwork within the hour.

Great experience when purchasing the car. Hassle free and very friendly. Ray was great to deal with.

The representative, Johnny was very knowledgeable and personable. He took his time going over the features of the car, the test drive was informative and he provided a Car Fax report.
