Avoid at all costs!

Sold us an absolute lemon that died driving off the lot. Ended up spending thousands in repairs to no avail. Nobody at the office would take accountability at all. Honestly shocked at the lack of integrity.

Terrible experience!!

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with buying a car. My purchased was from the Springville location it was 2018 Nissan and they were selling it with three tires that were one size and the four tire was two sizes smaller. Three days after I bought it the engine light came on, apparently was an accident and I asked if it was and they told me no. I did talk to Clint and he did very little to help me figure things out. I’ve had to buy a new tire I had the front shutter that was broken that was busted had to fix it it was missing the mini SD card so I could not program anything. When I talked to Clint he said well you should’ve asked to drive it for three days before you bought it, how in the world would I know that I could’ve done that it’s past tense. I probably put 5000 into it after I bought it. I am extremely frustrated and unhappy and would never recommend Automax. 👎👎👎 Ps they asked me to take it to get emissions done they’ve not done it before they sold it to me I’m assuming because the engine light was on. So I did pay for the emissions which when I bought the car I was already charged for it so then that was double. I did get reimbursed $25 but between the two things I paid 70.

Great Customer Service

We ended up needing a different car than they has to offer, but customer service was spot on while we were looking! We didn't ever feel pressured and were able to comfortably take our time.

Great Customer Service!!

My husband and I were looking for a high quality used car that was a few years old that we hope will last us 10-15 years. We found a great civic at the dealership which we decided to buy. Quickly after buying it, we realized there were some serious electrical problems with it that became clear when the blinkers were turned on that the dealership hadn't been aware of. We were so nervous we'd been conned and would be stuck with a bad car, and went to talk to the dealership. To our complete relief, they were absolutely AMAZING. They took our complaints seriously and were so understanding. We left the car with them in the morning and they took it to to shop. Steve was in contact with us via text the whole day, updating us on the process, and was absolute amazing. By the end of the day the car was ready to be picked up, and all the issues - the electrical issues, chipped window, and nail in the tire - were all fixed and the car was in perfect condition. We are happy with our purchase and are grateful to the customer service for helping us get the quality of car we paid for and giving us peace of mind :)

Springville, UT Automaxx location.

I found the 2016 gmc terrain i was looking for on cars.com on friday. Called to verify it was still available and set an appointment for saturday morning at 10 and by noon i was signing paperwork. Not sure how many guys they have there but JD is who helped me out and he was great to work with and i felt he was honest and straight up with me. (which i feel is increasingly UN-common with used car salesmen these days) All in all a great experience and a great vehicle!! Thanks JD

Bad dealer no bueno !!!!!

So was going to purchase the chevy impala2016 lt. But long story short has the tire light on witch took it to big o tires and said was missing all 4 sensors lol so car when driving pulls they never wanted to fix it . Also have 2,000 down payment and they never have it back also we took the car back said they were going to fix it and nope. It wasn't how they said it would be gloria la mentirosa have us false information don't believe what they say. Will not purchase another car from them at all. Heck no! )would not recomend this dealer!!! Orem location check with a mechanic before you purchase a car from here.

Like a crap sandwich 🥪 💩

WORST car experience ever! Bought a used 2014 car and it broke down 1.5 hours later. They would not let us return it. They fixed it for us thank goodness, but then a week later it broke down AGAIN. Salesman was a dick about it. The kinda guy you just wanna punch in the face. My husband couldn’t get to work and he said “take an Uber” ......cuz why wouldn’t we want to take an Uber a week after buying a car?? Waited 4 months to write a review just so I could cool down but turns out I’m still mad as xxxx haha. Anyway. DONT GO TO AUTOMAXX!

Dodge Ram

So we purchase our Dodge Ram the only thing that was disappoing was that there is no manual book for the truck, there is no 2nd key, no remote for the autostart and I would have to buy them things😔 but I got the truck.

Don’t buy

Do not deal with auto max they will sell cars out from underneath you I tried dealing with multiple locations on different accounts and they’ve sold the car Right out from under me
