1) There should be an Owner's Manual in the car, the Supplement is not sufficient. 2) Working with John Mohre was a pleasure, working with the finance department guys was a royal pain in the xxx. 3) I did not receive a copy of all the forms that I signed during the sales process. 4) The last time I bought a car from Ben Davis, I had to pay for the title/registration process, but I ended up having to perform the process with the DMV. Ben Davis did finally refund my money, but it was another case where Ben Davis' credibility was degraded. This time I hope I don't have to repeat that process...

I wanted to keep my car under $12,000 and that was
I wanted to keep my car under $12,000 and that was acknowledged up front but they brought me a $14,000 vehicle and didn’t tell me it was over my budget until after I test drove and liked the vehicle. While I was test driving I heard a noise while breaking and was assured it would be fixed when I came to pick up the vehicle. It was not fixed. I had to take it back to get it fixed. While I was talking to them on the phone telling them about the sound, I said my tpm sensors were not reading when I picked up the vehicle, only 1 wasn’t reading when I test drove and I was assured it would be fixed. It was not fixed, I thought it would be fixed when I took it in for the brakes but it was not. I have bought 2 other cars from here and everyone was so nice before. This time nobody seemed overly friendly after I paid for the car like I have experienced before.
