I take my truck in for service and the customer service
I take my truck in for service and the customer service representative said that they were running 3 days behind. I told him that was fine and explained the reason that I had brought my truck in. During the course of a couple of days, I had one call of communication from the service department concerning my truck to let me know that my truck was still in line. So, I decided to reach out on the third day. I was told that my truck was still had a couple cars in front of mine. The fourth day I emailed and they told me my truck was next to be looked at, and they would update me when the time came. I left another email and finally received a reply. I was told that they had a technician look at it, but they would have to schedule my truck to be seen by a more experience technician. Now my truck was back in line. On the fifth day I sent an email to the representative that had been helping me and cc'd the general manager, the service manager with concerns about why it was taking so long to diagnose my truck. I requested that they bring my truck up front so that I could pick it up. This is not the first time I had an issue with the service department at the dealership, and I will not be returning again.

Purchased suv here earlier this year, that was a great experience. My issue is when I went to get my first old change. I had an 8am appointment, arrived 10 mins early. After 2 hours of waiting in an uncomfortable chair they finally brought it back around after I had inquired about it. I just think it?s ridiculous to have an 8am appointment and then it taking 2 hours to get an oil changey.

Called for a used car that didn't have any pictures
Called for a used car that didn't have any pictures available. Rep confirmed that the car is available, promised to send pictures/ videos and disappeared. An hour later I asked if he forgot about me and responded that the car was already sold. Unprofessional and careless.
